7. Children's Privacy

RandLearn is rated 4+ and is appropriate for all ages. However, you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 13, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before using the app.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13 without consent, we will delete that information immediately.

Parents can contact us at legal@randlearn.com to review, modify, or delete their children's information.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
